3. User Accounts and Registration

Each lead is provided to only one business to ensure exclusivity. You agree not to share, sell, or distribute leads obtained through our service to third parties.

Leads must be contacted within a reasonable timeframe. You agree to use leads ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations and do-not-call lists.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Billing and Payment

You agree to pay all charges associated with your account. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable, but we may offer credits for service issues.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leads.cx regarding the use of our services.
